California – June 22, 2021 – Ayara Inc is thrilled to announce that Nancy Boling has joined
its advisory team. A veteran finance executive with over 25 years of robust experience and
the co-owner of Boling Consulting, Nancy worked with diverse clients across industries such
as Datavant, Vaxart, Zuora, and Zoosk (acquired by Spark Networks SE).
In her previous stints, Nancy served in leadership capacities at Addepar, SurveyMonkey,
HighWire Press born out of Stanford University, and Collabra Software (acquired by
Netscape Communications Corporation).
While extending a warm welcome to Nancy Boling to the Ayara family, COO Srinivas Vemuri
said, “We are focused on bringing in highly talented, skilled and knowledgeable executives
with past experiences of executing and moving organizations forward. With Ayara poised for
its next leg of growth, this is the right time to expand the advisory team and ensure robust
guidance by the best possible industry minds. I look forward to working with Nancy and
leveraging her knowledge, expertise, innovative ideas and skills to take Ayara to greater
heights.”
Nancy pursued a BS in Accounting with high honors from the University of Tennessee,
Knoxville. Apart from juggling multiple leadership positions at varied SaaS, public and
private companies, Nancy is a believer in helping the community. She has served on the
Finance Council of Sacred Heart Parish; as an advisor to the Finance Committee of the
Alpine Springs Water District and on the Board of Directors at the Saratoga Woods
Community Association.
As an outdoorsy person, Nancy loves skiing and biking. Her fitness mantra is to sweat out at
the gym. She currently lives with her family in Saratoga, California.
In her words,
“I had spent years at my prior Software as a service (SaaS) employers
implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other revenue recognition solutions.
However, none of them seems to provide the perfect solution for ease of use or a
streamlined approach to managing revenue across the sales cycle. Ayara seems to have
filled this gap especially for hyper-growth companies looking to efficiently scale their
operations.”
Ayara gladly welcomes Nancy to the team.
